Fayez Ahmed Tayeb, the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant for Telecom and ICT, remarked:
"Our objective is to present the draft of the Personal Data Protection Act to the Advisory Council by July 15. Once it is approved, there will be no obstacles for Bangladesh to penetrate the European ICT market."
The legislation will conform to international standards such as GDPR, thereby enhancing global confidence in Bangladesh’s digital offerings.
💳 Payment Gateway Integration: Simplifying Global Transactions
The government has already facilitated the integration of Google Pay and is currently negotiating with Stripe and PayPal to streamline international payments. This initiative will enable freelancers, startups, and IT enterprises to conduct seamless global financial transactions.

"As reported by UNCTAD, the global market for frontier technology is presently valued at $2.5 trillion and is experiencing an annual growth rate of 20%. By the year 2033, it is projected to increase to $16.4 trillion."
